Ultra-High-Speed Two-Stage Wire Feeding All-in-One Machine / 066

The recommended data to be changed for this machine are: set length, wire diameter, inner width, outer width, and quantity. Set the length to the winding length. Wire diameter refers to the diameter of the wire material. The inner width is the inner width of the winding wheel (winding width). The outer width is the outer width of the wound reel (this data must be accurate as it affects whether it can precisely jump to the next reel during multi-axis winding), and the quantity is the number of wound reels. When adding or subtracting layers of wire, the diameter of the added or subtracted layers needs to be set.

Description

User Manual for Fully Automatic
Multi-Functional Winding Machine
Usage Precautions

The only parameters recommended for user modification are as follows: Set Length, Wire Diameter, Inner Width, and Quantity (1).(Notes: Set Length refers to the winding length; Wire Diameter refers to the diameter of the wire; Inner Width refers to the inner width of the target winding reel (i.e., the winding width). After threading is completed, enable the following functions before starting winding: Variable-Frequency Pay-off and Servo Pay-off. Apply glue when the number of winding layers reaches 3–4.) All other parameters are pre-set at the factory. Please contact after-sales service for any adjustments beyond the above scope.

Key Operation Guidelines
  • Curing and Reinforcement
After winding and gluing, let the product stand for curing. If needed, apply 704-type silicone on the surface for reinforcement (non-mandatory).
  • Spool Fixing in Drum
Place the spool with an inner shaft into the outer pay-off drum, and lock the fixing screws in the opposite direction according to the drawing.
  • Wire Pulling and Inner Shaft Removal
Pick out 2–3 layers of wire from the inner side of the inner shaft and pull outward. When the pulled length reaches approximately 3,400 meters, the inner shaft will loosen, and you can then remove it to complete the optical fiber drum production.
  • End-side Installation
The top chassis has corresponding dimensions, which can be used for subsequent installation of the top and bottom ends.

The above picture shows the range of the spool that can be wound and the inner and outer widths of the spool

Function button Unit Function Description
Wire Speed Setting M/min Preset the operating speed of the machine during winding; higher values mean faster speed.
Winding speed r/s Preset the winding speed; higher values mean faster speed (maximum speed: 30 r/s).
Set the length Km/M Set the required winding length; red font indicates meter-counting mode.
Wire Diameter MM Diameter of the wire.
Start Point (-/+) MM Winding start end; fine-tune by increasing/decreasing values if the position is inaccurate.
End Point (-/+) MM Winding end; fine-tune by increasing/decreasing values if the position is inaccurate.
Variable-Frequency Pay-off   Assists rapid pay-off for faster pay-off speed; enable during spool winding.
Servo Pay-off   Accelerates wire passing speed at the encoder for faster winding; must be enabled during winding.
Layer Addition/Reduction Wire Diameter MM Wire diameter setting for layer addition/reduction modes during winding.
Cycles   Real-time number of cycles in meter-counting mode.
Layers   Real-time number of layers in meter-counting mode.
Set L Decreasing wire diameter size to be adjusted when the preset number of layers is reached.
Decrease MM

Quantity Piece(s) Number of spools to be wound.
Inner width MM Inner width of the target spool (winding width).
Outer width MM Outer width of the target spool (must be accurate to ensure precise switching to the next spool during multi-spool winding).
Single Acceleration MS Time for winding speed to reach normal from 0; higher values mean longer acceleration time.
Deceleration Speed r/s Speed when winding is about to end; higher values mean faster speed (recommended to be less than winding speed).

Function Selection Interface Description

Except for the starting layer addition, side layer addition, side layer subtraction, end layer addition and cellular function which can be enabled when necessary, the other functions should be set as shown in the above figure under normal circumstances.
